Welcome to Richmond Power & Light. We are one of the few utilities who still provides a local customer service office.
Our customer service representatives will help you, one on one, in signing up your new electric service. First, make sure you reside within our Service Area.
Next, find out where to go and what to bring and if you will you need a deposit.
