Reid's
Sandwich Wrap Special |

|
1
T Mrs. Dash
1 T diced garlic (fresh)
4 tsp. sour cream (may substitute low fat)
1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened (may substitute low
fat)
1/5 lb. diced tomatoes
2.5 lbs. fresh spinach leaves
5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz. serving shaved turkey
2 ox. serving shaved ham
5 soft tortilla shells
Mix ingredients for the spread together until it's
smooth: Mrs. Dash, garlic, sour cream, and cream cheese. For
best results chill the spread before using.
Lay a shell on a flat surface. Spread the dip on the
tortilla wrap evening allowing the spread to go to
the edges. Add the following in this order: spinach
lieaves, shaved turkey, shaved ham, shredded cheddar,
and diced tomatoes.
To roll the shell, crease the left and right sides
in 1/2 inch. Fold the bottom up 1/2 inch, and starting
at the bottom and rool the shell tightly to the top.
One wrap will make approximately 6 appetizer-size
pieces. You can also cut it in half or serve it whole.
Again, for the best results, chill the wraps in the
refrigerator before serving.
