Dry
Ingredients:
2 C flour
1 C sugar
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients:
1/3
C milk
1/3 C peanut butter
1 C ripe bananas (probably 3)
1 egg
3 TBS oil
Mash the bananas with a potato masher. Mix the rest of the wet ingredients
into the bananas with a spoon.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Spray 4 mini-loaf pans
with cooking spray. Divide mixture into each pan evenly. Bake at
350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
