This was the "Man Show!" We had Herb Davis, from the Townsend Community Center, baking a delicious bread recipe.

The gracious host for the show was Harry Phillips, Energy Services Director for RP&L. Herb and Harry have worked together in community projects such as the Electric Car program.

Banana Chocolate-Chip Bread

Dry Ingredients:
2 C flour
1 C sugar
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C chocolate chips

Wet Ingredients:
1/3 C milk
1/3 C peanut butter
1 C ripe bananas (probably 3)
1 egg
3 TBS oil

Mash the bananas with a potato masher. Mix the rest of the wet ingredients into the bananas with a spoon.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Spray 4 mini-loaf pans with cooking spray. Divide mixture into each pan evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
