Newsletter

Richmond Power & Light customers receive a newsletter called the "Municipal Power News." It is a periodic publication from the Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) and its 53 member communities.

IMPA is a Joint Action Agency that provides an economic, reliable and environmentally-responsible power supply to its members. IMPA member utilities purchase their power requirements through IMPA and deliver that power to the residents and companies in their service territories.
